Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is entered into as of today between You and Acts Continued. 1. Welcome. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Acts Continued welcomes You in becoming a member of the Acts Continued Community, and You agree to this membership. 2. Duties and Term. You are highly encouraged to share the Continuing Acts God is doing in your life and the lives of those around you. Additionally, we would appreciate you letting everyone in your circle of influence know about the mission of Acts Continued. Your membership will remain active as long as You continue to pay the monthly membership fee as found on the Acts Continued website. 3. Membership Levels. The Acts Continued Premier and PremierPlus+ Membership levels give you unlimited access to all Continuing Acts ever posted as well as the ability to tell others about the Continuing Acts happening in your life and to comment on the stories of others. Please keep the comments encouraging, uplifting, and positive--just like the Acts. When you become a Member, all personal information is held as sensitive and confidential. We will never sell your information to another party and will always strive to keep your private information just that--private. 4. Acts. Continuing Acts are true stories that will strengthen you faith, move your heart, and feed your soul. These Acts will be added continually to our website from the Christian members of the Acts Continued Community. Acts Continued holds the right to delete any inappropriate posted Act or comment. All Acts and comments should refrain from using vulgar or inappropriate language as well as staying away from personal political views. Please note that we take a literal interpretation of the Bible and expect all Acts and comments to do the same where it applies. So, keep the Acts and comments uplifting and please stay away from any questionable views or statements. Acts Continued holds the right to delete any post, comment or Membership at any time for failure to adhere to these guidelines. Finally, in becoming a Member of the Acts Continued Community, I give my express permission for Acts Continued to use any story I post to the Acts Continued website in future marketing and/or sales presentations as well as the possibility to use the posted Acts for use in future compilation books. 5. We Give. Acts Continued will give to organizations that support orphans as We strive to exceed our $1 BILLION giving goal through our “Big Goals for Little People” initiative. 6. Termination. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time with no further obligation. If You are convicted of any crime or offense, fail or refuse to comply with the written policies or reasonable directives of Acts Continued, are guilty of serious misconduct in connection with performance hereunder, or materially breach the provisions of this Agreement, Acts Continued may at any time terminate Your membership immediately and without prior written notice to You. In such instances, your monthly membership fee payments would also cease. 7. Merger. This Agreement shall not be terminated by the merger or consolidation of Acts Continued into or with any other entity. 8. Assignment. You shall not assign any of Your rights under this Agreement, or delegate the performance of any of Your duties hereunder, without the prior written consent of Acts Continued. 9. Successors and Assigns. All of the provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, if any, successors, and assigns. 10. Choice of Law. The laws of the state of Florida shall govern the validity of this Agreement, the construction of its terms and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the parties hereto. 11. Arbitration. Any controversies arising out of the terms of this Agreement or its interpretation shall be settled in Florida in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the judgment upon award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. 12. Headings. Section headings are not to be considered a part of this Agreement and are not intended to be a full and accurate description of the contents hereof. 13. Waiver. Waiver by one party hereto of breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other shall not operate or be construed as a continuing waiver. 14. Entire Understanding.
